Background

Uni-Tel is a cloud-based B2B phone service that combines phone management and calls for a company in one online interface. I was brought onboard with a broad mandate to redefine the product interface which had up until that point been very engineer-driven and never had a dedicated UX design process.

The Problem

Uni-Tel's business VoIP solution One-Connect is a Danish market leader on network stability and pure product features, but you wouldn’t know it if you saw its product in action:
